Engineering & Design

TRI-W Global provides top quality, custom-engineered solutions for any surface equipment challenges.

At TRI-W Global, our engineering group utilizes state-of-the-art computer aided design software SolidWorks to develop, draft and analyze equipment to ensure all design specifications, fabrication and operational requirements are fulfilled. Starting from solid models, TRI-W engineering can perform finite element analysis (FEA) and/or computational fluid dynamics (CFD), to provide a comprehensive look at the equipment functionality and optimize the design. For example, a stress analysis on a skid, wind load on a flare stack, pad eye pull test, burst/collapse for pressurized equipment or simulating solids flow in a sand trap just to name a few.
